The 'No Sugary Drinks' Logo is now available for use for people and organsiations that want to Clearly Communicate that their ORGANISATION, or EVENT orPREMISES promote a 'No Sugary Drinks' culture.
Below are guidelines on how and where you may use the 'No Sugary Drinks' logo to promote this kaupapa or message.
The logo is also attached below so that you may reproduce it for use.

Brand guidelines on how to use the “No Sugary Drinks” (NSD) logo
Step 1: Who can use the NSD logo?
The NSD logo can be used by organisations, event organisers and other interested parties if:
They do not offer any sugary drinks either for sale or for free on their premises for the duration of an event. This includes selling sugary drinks over the counter, via vending machines or by any other method.
By 'sugary drinks' we mean any drinks that contain added sugar and also drinks that are high in naturally occurring sugars, such as fruit juice.
Examples of this are:
- Soft drinks
- Sports drinks
- Energy drinks
- Flavoured milk
- Fruit juice
- Fruit drink
- Ginger beer
- Aloe Vera juice
- Ice Coffee
- Ice Teas
Discretion: Fruit juice that has <4g of sugar/100mL may be made available at the organisation 's discretion.
How can I find out whether there is sugar in a drink?
The easiest way is to check the Nutrition Information Panel on the back of the product.
